These days I’m most challenged by what happens when AI enters the picture. Not just the capabilities, but how to maintain an experience that still feels human and made for a person.

was to ensure that managers in China complied with issues related to travel and immigration when sending employees to the U.S. As a member of the global HR team, I traveled to the 
U.S. for training on company and government policy, and was responsible for coordinating, 
translating and tracking immigration documentation.
