Supported the Content team in setting up CMS training for teams across both Houses in Parliament to to edit the main Parliament.uk website and intranet, and provided technical support for CMS users. Also, delivered guidance to teams on how best to improve their content for the general public and was involved in the roll-out of the new CMS upgrade that took place in Q1 2020.
