Working hand-in-hand with diverse teams from product management to engineering, we created a pioneering GenAI product for customer conversation analysis. 💻 In a short timeframe of two weeks, I undertook the task of giving our platform and marketing website a new brand. This wasn't just a facelift; it was a strategic move to convert potential customers. ### Product Design Intern @ Echo AI (acquired by Calabrio) Jan 2023 – Jan 2023 | San Francisco Bay Area 🚀 Blending aesthetics with analytics, ensuring our customers receive beautiful and functional tools. One of my notable projects involved revamping a page that was a highly used among 1500+ of our customers. The challenge? Navigating the intricate dance between engineering constraints, business ambitions, and the essence of the product. The outcome was a page that wasn’t just visually compelling but deeply functional. 🧠 Brainstorming sessions under my guidance resulted in carving out product enhancements and ironing out the design process. The result? Products that were not just aesthetically pleasing, but had user flows that felt like a gentle guiding hand. 🫱 I bridged the worlds of design and engineering. I orchestrated the seamless handover of over 20 design projects, equipped with detailed Figma files and collaborative critiques. Executed my design fellowship at Pathlight. ### UX/UI Design Intern @ Zoom Jan 2022 – Jan 2022 | San Jose, California, United States 👩🏽‍💻 At Zoom, I took on the challenge of reimagining our support interfaces. Spanning 15 languages, the new designs now cater to an audience of over 8 million users each month. It's not just about numbers; it's about ensuring a cohesive user experience across the board. ✨ Diving into our data, I analyzed high-traffic pages boasting over 1M views monthly. Metrics, especially click and exposure rates, became my trusted allies. These insights guided the post-redesign tweaks, ensuring our pages not only looked good but performed even better. 🖌️ Building on this momentum, I curated a responsive design framework from our top-performing pages. This initiative has been a game-changer, bridging design practices with developer transitions and guaranteeing a consistent look and feel across all devices. At the end of the day, it was all about blending data with design, ensuring every interaction at Zoom is both impactful and delightful :) ### Product Design & Research Fellow @ Tech4Good Jan 2021 – Jan 2022 | Santa Cruz, California, United States 👩🏽‍💼 As the Product Design Lead for the Annota Team, I co-managed a dynamic team of 6, overseeing the entire design process from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes. Our team rigorously conducted usability tests and heuristic evaluations, ensuring our designs met top-notch standards. We completed a comprehensive heuristic evaluation of previous platform designs, providing clear recommendations to enhance user experience. My collaboration with the development team was pivotal, as we effectively presented our design solutions and final product deliverables to the stakeholders. 🔬 As the UX Research Lead for the PIT Team, I took charge of conducting and recruiting for 12 crucial user interviews. Post-interviews, I steered the team through meticulous data analysis using coding and affinity diagramming methods.
