– Owned end-to-end design of a hobbyist onboarding flow, from stakeholder interviews and usability research through high-fidelity prototyping and engineering handoff, aiming for conversion improvement for a historically high-churn user segment.
– Led usability testing strategy: defined methodologies, recruited participants, and set success metrics to validate core features before engineering handoff, reducing downstream revision cycles.
– Designed high-fidelity industrial quality control tools to replace manual workflows, directly reducing cognitive load for quality control inspectors. Balanced strict engineering constraints with user ergonomics to increase efficiency and streamline the overall user experience.
– Drove information architecture and interaction design for a high-stakes industrial product, collaborating directly with PMs and engineers to balance technical constraints with user needs.
– Conducted continuous discovery, including stakeholder interviews and moderated usability sessions, synthesizing findings into iterative design improvements across a fast-moving product cycle.
