I pioneered and developed the US APM Intern Program from the ground up, transforming it from an unstructured initiative into a scalable, high-impact model.
• Achieved and sustained a 100% return offer acceptance rate for 3 consecutive years (up from 50% prior), setting a new standard for intern engagement and conversion.
• Developed a repeatable playbook across geos and empowered new grad APMs (Associate Product Managers) to act as leaders and mentors, amplifying early-career PM impact and ensuring program continuity.
• Elevated Atlassian’s brand as a top early talent destination for Product Managers and strengthened the APM community and talent pipeline across the org.

I was dedicated to minimizing collaborative friction and reducing time spent on "work about work" by improving Trello's integration with other Atlassian products, such as Jira and Confluence, to streamline workflows and boost productivity.
Notable projects:
• Jira Lists in Trello: Enables seamless integration to effortlessly bring your Jira tasks into Trello and manage personal to-do lists alongside Jira projects.
• Cross-Sell to Jira (growth work): Developed cross-sell strategies and experiments to guide Trello users towards Jira for expanded project management needs. Leveraged machine learning to personalize messaging and improve click-through rates (CTR) and sign up rates.
• AI Feature Integration: Spearheaded the beta release of Trello's first AI feature following Atlassian's Team '23 AI announcement. I led cross-functional teams to successfully launch a generative AI feature as part of a coordinated AI program across Atlassian.
• Platform Component Adoption: Implemented platform components such as the link picker and smart links for Trello attachments to improve connectivity and consistency between Trello and other Atlassian tools.
• Innovation and Technical Initiatives: Contributed to significant engineering efforts, including rewriting core components like the Trello board and card back to React and GraphQL, enhancing maintainability and developer efficiency. Championed multiple innovation projects from inception during innovation week to successful release to millions of Trello users.

Sole PM leading InVision's flagship prototyping product. I lead a team of engineers with a mission to craft the best purpose built experiences for engineering, product, and design organizations.
My team started the year working on Studio (InVision's screen design tool) and then quickly shifted gears to focus on the prototyping experience. In the last year, we shipped 15+ new features requested by customers associated with over $XX million in ARR. We fixed hundreds of bugs to improve the quality and stability of our prototyping platform. This improved our customer satisfaction score by 14% QoQ. In Q4, my team expanded our scope to Freehand (InVision's new virtual collaboration whiteboard). We've since launched several new Freehand add-ons, including a popular Wireframing add-on (#1 most used add-on), prototype add-on, and a new Design Handoff experience that includes a new inspect add-on. I now have ownership over multiple large, high priority strategic functional areas. I'm passionate about helping others grow and have also taken on mentoring a new product manager
Notable features:
• Freehand Inspect add-on for developers to inspect redlines from design files from Figma/Sketch. Packaged in a new Design Handoff template that included Figma, Jira, Loom add-ons
• Freehand Wireframing add-on + wireframing template
• Freehand prototypes add-on to embed interactive prototypes that users can click through directly on the whiteboard canvas
