Generated client A/B test allocations via a data science-owned service and shared data with consumers of API. Extra focus on resiliency, including a Redis caching layer and fallback logic paths to ensure maximum response speed and up time. • Worked on a task force team whose goal was to get engineering off of the shared database. Improved observability into connection usage on a per-application basis. Paired with platform engineers to port individualized, per-app PgBouncer instances to global PgBouncer instance that managed database connection pooling for all apps in ecosystem. • Collaborated with software architect to design Golang microservice for managing distributed transactions across the broader application ecosystem. • Served as project lead and technical lead on a project critical to UK launch.
