• MES Integration & Deployment:

Assist with the implementation and configuration of MES to streamline production workflows and connect factory systems in real time.

• Cross-Functional Technical Collaboration:

Work alongside engineering, production, and IT teams to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and support system rollout and enhancements.

• Project & Task Ownership:

Track progress, prioritize tasks, and follow up across teams to remove blockers and keep implementation schedules on track in a fast-moving environment.

• Documentation & Communication:

Support to create clear specifications, use instruction manuals, and deployment instructions to support project transparency, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.

• Requirements & Process Understanding:

Gather and clarify user needs with stakeholders to ensure accurate system configuration and smooth deployment across departments.

• Communication Mediation:

Deliver simultaneous and consecutive interpretation (English/Japanese) for engineering, production, and executive teams, ensuring clarity during high-impact meetings such as Business Plan reviews, PSI (Purchase–Sales–Inventory) sessions, and off-site leadership discussions.

Enable smooth daily communication between local and Japan-based teams, supporting alignment across operations, engineering, and management.

• Project Coordination & Workflow Support:

Partner with engineering teams and equipment vendors on machine testing, process verification, and improvement initiatives, contributing to cost-efficiency and quality-focused decision-making.

Support day-to-day operational workflows tied to a 6-million-units-per-day battery production target, helping teams troubleshoot issues and maintain production stability.

• Technical Documentation:

Produce and translate SOPs, deployment instructions, process documents, and executive presentation materials for technical reviews and approval meetings.

Improve documentation accuracy and consistency, enhancing shared understanding across global teams and engineering stakeholders.

• Process Insight & Risk Awareness:

Develop practical knowledge of battery manufacturing, machine operations, and process control through hands-on exposure to production lines and technical briefings.

Identify communication gaps, clarify requirements, and surface cross-team risks supporting better planning, alignment, and continuous improvement.
