Responsible for implementing several big features for the driver mobile app, and defining its UI direction. Built a design system for iOS and Android platforms from scratch, resulting in consistent user experiences and optimized processes. Led various projects for operations and finance web dashboards that involved research, design, testing, and hand-off efforts while collaborating closely with product and development teams.

Conducted competitive and user research, built the information architecture, defined design direction, and designed a new website, which increased the average time spent on the website by 48% and decreased bounce rate to 43%. Redesigned all marketing materials. Produced video content and product photography.

Worked on transforming an existing blog into a networking platform for women in Toronto. Implemented rebranding, worked with stakeholders to shape the product, crafted user flows, and designed web interfaces with a mobile-first approach.
