Rally Health, a part of UnitedHealth Group (UHG), builds digital experiences that help its 55M+ members engage in their health smartly. As a director, I led teams responsible for creating a range of digital products which included owning design planning, UX strategy, design reviews, mentorship and scope management.

Selected projects:

• Oversaw the 10 person team that created UHG’s first enterprise design system.

• Led the design revamp of Rally’s flagship health engagement platform; focusing the experience around

the intersection of advocacy, care planning and incentives.

• Directed the overhaul of Rally’s health goals feature, transforming it from a process to outcome-based

experience.

• Redesigned UnitedHealthcare’s member portal, myuhc.com, reimagining how consumers engaged with their health benefits. Launched to 40M+ users.

• Led effort to establish a strategic vision and design concept for UHG’s forward -looking, end-to-end digital consumer platform.

• Led design for Rally Central, an integrated tools suite enabling client and user level configuration of the Rally and UnitedHealthcare consumer experiences. Utilized by Rally’s call center to manage member services.

• Architected strategy and redesigned Rally’s consumer health incentives feature to accomodate scalable, customizeable rewards programs.

• Designed features for Rally platform, handling UX/UI design and user testing. Worked with product and

engineering on strategy and implementation.

• Developed and managed the user testing practice across the organization.
