Leading UX strategy across three precision medicine-focused product teams to create a cohesive clinical decision support experience, from patient identification and test ordering through genomic analysis and treatment selection, serving 1000+ oncology clinicians

I lead the design for provider facing precision medicine tools for my team. As part of my role, I work with Labs and oncology practices to build digital workflows that allow clinicians to easily order the appropriate molecular profiling test for the right patient at the right time in their care. I also work with clinical support and other Flatiron teams to improve the process of interpreting the results of these tests for treatment decisions.

Develop strategy for customer facing products and services deployed in Capital One's branches and Cafes
