Reconciliation Core -- Learned a ton about long tail reconciliation behavior, distributed systems gotchas, and what makes our customers feel pain. Onto the next!

* Deposits Product -- continued work on Instant Deposits as it continued its meteoric growth on the Square merchant userbase, adding more countries and rails. Learned about what time-to-money really means and why instant payments is so important. Somehow worked on interesting Form3/FPS edge cases related to Brexit. Worked alongside the Square Card team to support them with a new money movement API; supported Payroll and Capital's usage of it.

* Square Banking -- owned various core building blocks related to balance management and money transfers. Spent too much time worrying about ledgers, bank rails, reporting, reconciliation.

* Early Revenue -- did some early prototyping on accelerating time-to-money with some novel EWA-style techniques.

Went unreasonably deep into database internals and data engineering. Learned a lot, everything was on fire back then, seems like they ended up fixing some of it.

Deposits Product team -- first original Visa OCT-based merchant Instant Deposits implementation at Square.

Learned about true engineering and product excellence.
