Full stack engineer with experience in Java, Python and JavaScript (react / redux / d3). I worked in a soft condensed matter lab at Georgia Tech investigating the evolution of mechanical structure in multicellular yeast. I was the sole developer on a Python simulation that captured the relationship between the geometric properties of simulated yeast comprising a multicellular cluster and the mechanical properties of the cluster as a whole. Data from the simulation was a core part of a paper we published in Nature Physics, and a different dataset generated by the same simulation is featured in another paper pending review in Physical Review Letters E. My work on the simulation earned me the President's Undergraduate Research Award at Tech.
