Trained and managed the officer corps of over 20 student officers.

Increased recruitment of new members in both 2019 and 2020.

Facilitated communication between club members, officers, as well as the governing Graduate Board. Involved tasks such as managing schedules, planning events, and solving problems when they arise.

Current membership on the Graduate Board to mentor current officers, managing digital communications, and maintain membership.

Provided technical assistance and problem solving with projects for three client teams and one internal team. Worked as a full stack web .NET developer in SQL, C Sharp and Javascript. Example projects include improving the speed of a key SQL query by an factor of ten, contributing to a new REST API platform, and optimizing the upload of large files to Amazon Web Services by a factor of 5-10 entries. Additionally worked as a liaison between a client team and our DevOps team to communicate technical specifications and develop design ideas.

Inter-Cultura is a consulting firm focused on human-centered design and innovation. As a Designer, my independent project was to investigate and improve the firm’s onboarding process. This process involved conducting interviews, researching contemporary onboarding practices, and then creating a prototype and suggestions for how to proceed.
