Led and shipped AI Meeting Notes in Microsoft Teams, a Facilitator agent skill that captures meeting notes and tasks into a shared Loop canvas with Planner synchronization. Defined interaction models balancing automation with user control and designed transparency systems distinguishing AI-generated and human-created content. Scaled the experience to millions of users by prioritizing reliability, clarity, and low-disruption AI behavior.

Designed and shipped Loop components used by millions of users, improving multi-author collaboration and cross-app consistency. Defined reusable interaction models that strengthened clarity, usability, and design system cohesion across Microsoft collaboration products.
