Ideation:
•Worked closely with the design team during the initial design sprint for an all-new product scheduled for private preview in 7 months
•Conducted Market research and competitor analysis to identify the “value wedge” of the new product
•Conducted research for proto-personas to better inform design decisions
•Was in charge of Personalization and Experimentation ideation part during the design sprint
Implementation | A/B testing feature:
•Designed a complex but flexible A/B testing feature while constantly adjusting to the evolving product.
•Conducted two rounds of user testing to ensure the ease and usability of the feature.
•Ensured the initial design was scalable and will enable seamless post-private preview growth of the feature
•Collaborated with other designers to ensure design is consistent with overall product vision
•Collaborated with PM and engineering to ensure proper feature implementation
Dynamics 365 Talent | Applicant tracking system
•Redesigned the job creation, application, and hiring team
process, working with Research to test and iterate on the
designs across multiple rounds of user testing
•Designed a bulk rejection feature to eliminate repetitive
tasks and streamline application processing
•Designed a simplified, hierarchical feature management
section for the Admin center
Dynamics 365 Marketing | First run experience & onboarding
•Completed extensive usability evaluation of Marketing’s
core workflows, documenting problem areas for redesign
•Designed a friendly, self-guided onboarding flow to
introduce a multipart marketing campaign builder
