Lead engineer for the YikYak Android app. Started from scratch to create the app in less than six months, and successfully grew app to 100k+ users. Focused primarily on the UI, written entirely in Jetpack Compose, but also made major architecture decisions. Interviewed, onboarded, and trained new team members. Created best practices for coding and documentation.
