Brought project from early stage idea to production-ready, manufactured units. Validated product market fit after needfinding and user research with 150+ families to secure funding for scaling and growing project. In scaling phase, engaged with top-tier manufacturer, and built production-ready software. Recruited, hired and managed team of 22. Cross-disciplinary team of design, engineering (hardware/software), creatives.

Launch of Google Assistant (2016) in UK/DE/FR. Ran digital marketing campaigns for voice search on iOS in 4 key EMEA markets (UK/DE/FR/RU) to drive app downloads, engagement, retention (2015). Launched Google My Business in 42 EMEA markets (2014).

Managed LEGO Star Wars, LEGO Duplo. Drove LEGO Star Wars Father’s Day campaigns encouraging fathers/sons to build together. Outreach strategy for “Mommy Bloggers” to introduce them to early childhood LEGO Duplo line.
