In my current role in our Lytx contract, I troubleshoot proprietary internet-connected hardware, assist clients with use of our web interface, and work support tickets via Salesforce. There can be several causes to any one problem, and it is my job to read through logs and walk the customer through troubleshooting steps to determine an appropriate fix.
Previously, in November and December 2016, I worked as a BENEFEDS customer service representative. In that role, I took phone calls from federal employees and retired federal employees, and manage their dental and vision insurance enrollment.

At Potpourri Group (specifically on the site of their subsidiary Cuddledown), I took calls from customers seeking to place orders and to process returns. I also worked with their proprietary catalog system to answer questions and track orders.
