Sherlock is a platform that helps people navigate later life planning, including Estate Planning, Medicare, and more. I was the sole product designer there working on projects from end to end and engaging with all parts of the design process. I was also involved in product strategy, UX writing, service design, and design ops.
•Sole product designer responsible for 0-1 product design and design system
•Designed considering cohesion between the software, email communications, and in person meetings with experts
•Collaborated with CEO, expert stakeholders, PM, and engineers to make product decisions balancing user experience, timeframe, technical limitations, business impact and overall product vision
•Worked with engeering team to ship product at our quality bar and ensure I was designing within technical limitations
•Designed for a 60+ age target audience considering accessibility and a mixed user comfort level with technology
