• Helped to form GetThru’s product organization, working closely with the CEO and product managers to develop product process that facilitated on-time feature delivery in advance of the 2020 Election
• Worked on cross-functional product teams to deliver dozens of features to users, touching every phase of the design lifecycle along the way
• Researched and delivered the direction for the integrated future of GetThru's calling and texting tools, and socialized the direction with Product Managers, Engineers and Designers and the rest of the organization
• Managed all aspects of company rebrand including: new marketing site & styles, bespoke illustrations, print marketing materials, social media assets
• Grew team from 1 to 5 designers and created the company’s first apprenticeship program. Documented design processes and collaborated with a team to create internal resources such as deck templates and photo/logo libraries, brand guidelines and a design system
