•Oversaw multi-channel executive portfolio teams for event planning, sponsorship, human resources, and marketing; collaborated with 10 separate creative agencies and vendors; and trained a team of 80+ volunteers for program facilitation and student mentorship
•Successfully transitioned a traditionally in-person program to a virtual model during the COVID-19 pandemic, through careful project implementation and logistics consulting
