Architect and implement SaaS tiering to prove willingness of vendors to pay for tooling to investors. Launched product in under 4 weeks and converted ~100 existing vendors responsible for 83% of our GTV within 1 month of rollout, contributing over 70k in monthly SaaS revenue.
Identify opportunities to drive GTV via platform improvements. Document opportunity + architecture proposals, iterate as a team, and implement features including improvements to the vendor onboarding process, a complete overhaul of the local pickup experience, and a new "Featured Products" section on the homepage contributing to 3x YoY increase in revenue.

Convoy is a trucking logistics platform focused on empowering small to mid sized trucking operations and reducing the environmental impact of the industry as a whole.
Identified a need to empower shippers with information about Convoy trailers. Unified relevant parties in support of the project, ensured alignment on scope/responsibilities/timeline, and launched React dashboard that surfaces trailer telemetry data from third-party hardware sensors.
Architect and oversee the end-to-end execution of a React trailer maintenance portal. Document opportunity, solution, UX, architecture, scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, future extensibilities, and go-to-market plan. Ensure cross-functional (Product, Design, Ops) alignment with relevant internal and external stakeholders. Translate engineering plans into Jira stories and epics. Manage sprints and communicate milestone progress to relevant parties. Contribute to implementation and code reviews of new Postgres schemas, GQL APIs, and React interfaces. Coordinate rollout, successfully increasing the number of usable trailers by 26% <1 mo. post launch.
