I lead UX and UI design across Car IQ’s vehicle-based payment and fraud detection platform, focusing on transaction transparency, driver behavior analysis, and onboarding workflows. I design from concept to handoff, creating intuitive app and dashboard experiences that streamline complex data into actionable insights for fleet managers. I collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data science to ensure cohesive, user-centered solutions.

I also partner with marketing to align brand identity across digital touchpoints, owning the visual design and UX of the corporate website and digital campaigns. I contribute to evolving the company’s design system and visual language, helping define Car IQ’s product identity as it scales.

I led R&D and design from concept to production for NBA, NFL, AVP, and NCAA gear. I collaborated on product concepts, sketches, tech packs, and trend research, ensuring designs aligned with consumer identity and business objectives. I managed high-performance sports gear design and development, boosting profit margins by 20% while contributing to the company's $1 billion revenue milestone. I spearheaded the design strategy for the NBA product line plan, increasing basketball EBIT by 67%. Additionally, I directed teams to launch six major products for the NBA, NFL, NCAA, and AVP in six months.

I supported product design for Team Sports (volleyball, soccer, football, basketball) from concept to final product, collaborating with Industrial Designers, Engineers, and Material Scientists to drive innovation in sports equipment. I led the development of Wilson’s first International Volleyball for a 2025 launch, earning two patents for innovations in consumer insight, material technology, and flight pattern advancements. I integrated visualization and animation technologies for current and upcoming products, streamlining workflows across business units for presentations, sell-in, and consumer content. I contributed to three major product launches within the first two months, completing the internship a month before the end of the contract and transitioning to a full-time role.

I created design concepts across Beauty, Virtual Reality Soft Goods, and Consumer Products. I managed rapid concept development from ideation to final renderings, contributing to client deliverables and participating in client reviews. I created detailed tech packs and assisted in consumer insight analysis to inform product development for two soft and hard goods luggage for customer launch. I collaborated with the Head CMF Designer to organize and expand the materials library, supporting current and future project needs.
