Full stack developer working on a product that provides insights about startups for VCs.

Freelancing work for early stage startups, and some miscellaneous projects. Most work was in Ruby on Rails, Javascript/React or Python/Flask.

Managed software side of a full stack product (hardware/site servers/website/mobile) to analyze building site data from crane camera footage to assess progress and manage costs.

Responsibilities including hiring and leading software team and contractor management, working with team to set up a tagging pipeline for the ML product, and deliver customer facing web/mobile app, and coaching and mentorship of junior members of the team.

Team designed and prototyped several new ML backed products using live video data to:

◦ Identify construction equipment on site

◦ Assess progress and completion with concrete pours

◦ Counting workers on the construction site

◦ Detect intruders on site after hours

First developer at Quartz. Developed a python/flask api along with a javascript/react front end that allowed construction site managers to watch and stream video, as well as manage insights about the ongoing progress on site.

The API also had to connect to on site crane systems, the React Native mobile app, and provide real time updates about the on-site system.
