Emma is an SF-based design director with a focus on strategic brand development and management. She has led the creation of comprehensive visual identities for tech, entertainment, financial, hospitality, and consumer brands; previous clients include Nike, Comcast, The Coca Cola Company, Hilton, Accenture, S&P Global, and Logitech, among others. 

In early 2024, she joined Airbnb to spearhead the development of a fully operational design and print consultancy within the organization that services high-profile initiatives such as CEO workshops, product launches, and global offsites in the interest of delivering creative solutions consistent with the brand’s most rigorous standards. In turn, the Studio's output has been credited with facilitating faster alignment and more cohesive storytelling at the highest levels of the company.

Emma's skills range from brand strategy, identity design, and conceptual development to project management, systematic design thinking, art direction, and talent mentorship. She has additional experience with and interest in fostering internal company culture and managing multidisciplinary teams. Her love of systematic visual communication stems from an deeply-held belief in the power of accessible design, and from an understanding of brands as an inextricable aspect of our collective cultural identity.
