# Emmanuel Coloma > Senior Product Designer | Platform & Workflow Systems (AI + Analytics + Enterprise) | 0→1 → Scale | Remote/NYC Location: Brooklyn, New York, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/emmanuelcoloma I’m a Senior Product Designer who designs products that make complex work feel obvious. I’m known for translating messy workflows into clear, scalable systems. I design AI-assisted systems for high-stakes, complex workflows. The kind where getting it wrong has real consequences. Most recently, I owned end-to-end design for workflow-heavy products in healthcare, including tasking, audit history, onboarding, messaging, and integrated calling. The work required strong systems thinking and a high bar for accessibility, privacy, and trust. I love partnering tightly with product, engineering, and data to define the right problem, move fast without breaking quality, and deliver experiences people can rely on. Earlier, I worked on analytics and data-heavy platforms in real-world evidence, including AI-assisted exploration and core workflow improvements for regulated teams. I have also shipped consumer-facing health experiences at scale. Before tech, I did civic and community-focused design and research, which trained me to communicate clearly, run experiments, and design for real-world constraints. I hold degrees from Harvard and UC Berkeley. I’m looking for Senior or Staff Product Design roles across platform, enterprise, consumer, and data-informed products. If your team values craft, clarity, and accountability, I’d love to talk. Portfolio: emmanuelcoloma.com Focus areas: AI-assisted experiences, platform UX, enterprise workflows, onboarding and lifecycle, messaging systems, dashboards and internal tools, information architecture, accessibility and trust, cross-functional delivery, design systems. ## Work Experience ### Senior Product Designer @ Astrana Health Jan 2024 – Jan 2026 Owned end-to-end design for Tasking + Pathways workflows, shipping a Tasking dashboard and audit trail (Action History) to improve execution clarity and accountability across tens of thousands of cases annually and dozens of workflow categories.
