In high-stakes, cross-functional team environments, I quickly ascended the mortgage ranks from Operations Assistant to Senior Mortgage Processor and then moved over into Production all along assisting the top 1% of Loan Originators in Arizona. I demonstrated cross functional team leadership as a corporate operations trainer and again as a Senior Mortgage Processor where I managed a 5 person multi-disciplinary loan closing dream team.
I oversaw the timely funding of $600+ Million during my career in various capacities with loans ranging from $120,000 to $2.4 Million.
It was my responsibility to engineer the pipeline for maximum efficiency which included interfacing with 10 different stakeholders per loan across the loan product lifecycle--multiple this by 20-30 loans per month.
On the production side, I was also responsible for data mining to locate mortgages eligible for a profitable refinance. I also maintained contact with 5-10 clients per month whom were working on their eligibility for lending.
