Through close collaboration with product managers, content strategists, and developers, I optimized the site’s navigation and visual hierarchy to ensure an engaging and seamless user journey. The project’s success resulted in improved user engagement and a stronger brand connection, ultimately making it easier for users to explore Google Map’s story and initiatives. ### Associate Creative Director @ Sequence Jan 2014 – Jan 2014 | San Francisco, CA At Sequence (now part of SalesForce), I collaborated with the Adobe Learn team to streamline and reimagine the digital learning experience across their entire product catalog, including Photoshop and After Effects. Key project highlights include: • Designed and developed functional Invision prototypes that were used across the whole lifecycle of both phases of the project. This also included the prototype that was used in our user testing with Adobe customers. We were able to test new hypotheses that allowed us to continually iterate based on client and customer feedback. • Led the UX work with artifacts that included wireframes, site diagrams, user flows, use case scenarios with a working prototype. ### UX Architect @ Punchcut Jan 2013 – Jan 2014 | 170 Maiden Lane, San Francisco, CA As a UX architect at Punchcut, I supported various clients with a focus on mobile and device experiences. During my time there, I successfully launched an app on the App Store, developed a design vision for a mobile device company, and contributed to the launch of a digital storefront for a major online retailer. Daily activities included: interaction design, information architecture, strategy and concepting/sketching depending on the need of the project. ### Design Lead @ AliveCor Jan 2012 – Jan 2013 | 30 Maiden Lane, 6th Floor San Francisco, CA 94108 At AliveCor, I served as the design lead, driving the successful launch of the first official heart health monitoring device in less than 8 months. My role involved designing the mobile app, web experience, and device interface, enabling doctors and medical professionals to easily monitor heart health on the go. ### UX Lead @ Linden Lab Jan 2009 – Jan 2012 | San Francisco, CA I led the information architecture discipline at Linden Lab, the creators of Second Life, bridging the flat web and the virtual world. I played a key role in connecting these environments and the social spaces within and between them. Sony Computer Entertainment - Resistance Fall of Man Destination • Created a social networking model that would work for both the BETA and ultimately the larger site rollout. • Completed architecture for the BETA (phase 1) on a very aggressive timeline. • Involved in the strategy of extending content into widget-based modules on different platforms. • Worked closely with Insomniac Studios to spec out new features and functionality. Sony Computer Entertainment - Little Big Planet USA Destination • Architected a community destination that enabled players to teach and showcase skills through a fun concept of workshops and inspirations. • Key Lead in the creation of the architecture for the Little Big Planet website. • Created an architecture plan that enabled sony and media molecule to rollout key features on an aggressive timeline. • Supported the designers with creative direction. Acted as the resident technologist for various Alltel initiatives, helping the account earn recognition as the most integrated account at the agency in 2007.
