As one of the first 15 engineers at Clumio, I was initially given the critical challenge of designing and implementing a core component. Throughout my 2.5 years at Clumio, I architected and implemented more micro-services (all in Go Lang), while maintaining existing ones. For each micro-service, I worked on things from the database layer (which had to be efficient to reduce costs), to the main core logic (which had to be fault-tolerant & scaleable), to the testing and maintainability aspects. Additionally, I mentored a summer intern and onboarded several full-time engineers.

Coded in everything from C++ (back-end) to Java & Python (middleware and CLI) to JavaScript (GUI), working across multiple teams in different layers
