Led the technical design and execution of a large-scale listings migration, defining rollout strategy, documenting decisions, and achieving parity to enable a safe, phased transition.

Built and launched an automated price drop feature, monitoring performance and iterating post-launch, resulting in an immediate 21%+ adoption across active listings.

Owned and delivered highly customized brand resale site builds and post-launch enhancements, adapting quickly to changing requirements while maintaining reliable launch timelines.

Designed and shipped core platform features including buyer and seller feedback experiences, resilient email workflows, and resale notification systems.

Part of my work at Fiverr involved continuing what I was doing in my previous role to connect those freelancers to educational classes to refine their skills. Some of of my accomplishments while at Fiverr include:

Executed the data migration of hundreds of courses by developing scripts to interface the different platforms, leading to a 4x time savings over alternative methods.

Boosted SEO performance by applying best practices such as rendering server side and optimizing initial page load speed, resulting in a 16% increase in organic search traffic.

At CreativeLive, we believe there is a creator in all of us. Fulfilling this mission comes with its own set of technical challenges to make it a reality. Some of of my accomplishments while a Software Engineer II CreativeLive include the following:

Engineered the data models, the periodically run scripts, and the UI updates needed for a subscription offering, leading to over $4 million in annual recurring revenue.

Designed an authentication service which leveraged JWTs to authorize user access, reducing the lookup load of our database by more than 30 million requests per month.

Restructured both our frontends and backends to optimize for Cloudfront caching, leading to over a 750 millisecond performance gain on our slowest performing routes.

Created the scripts, the UIs, and the state machine needed to integrate a transcription service into our CMS, resulting in the successful captioning of over 30,000 lessons.

Instituted a protocol for granting verified LMS users access to our course content using the AICC format, opening up our course content to over 200 million additional users.
