We worked with hosts across the globe to understand their process and built host-facing and guest-facing features that solved the most important issues for hosts. ### Product Designer @ Facebook Jan 2014 – Jan 2018 | Menlo Park, CA Led design for a wide spectrum of features for the Facebook Groups product, scaling the product from less than 400m monthly active users, to over a billion. In this time, I helped to found many of the most important pillars of Facebook's communities products, including a team specifically focused on admin tools and issues, and a foundational team that supported groups as a platform. In the latter days of my time here, I worked on a small specially formed design team focused on defining the next 10 years of Facebook. ### Design Lead (CMU Capstone) @ Bloomberg LP Jan 2014 – Jan 2014 Leading the design efforts on a multi-disciplinary team for Bloomberg as part of Carnegie Mellon's HCI Master’s Program. Worked with Bloomberg to research, design, and prototype a Terminal based solution with the aim of improving internal collaboration amongst its sixteen thousand employees, nearly all of whom use the Bloomberg Terminal. ### Designer @ Hurley Jan 2013 – Jan 2013 | Costa Mesa, CA Developed and designed an iOS application for creating and ordering your own custom boardshorts.
