• Supporting cleanroom process/operations and sustaining product lifecycle through manufacturing and testing of VCSEL.

• Improving and expanding testing processes and capabilities through supporting deployment of test equipment,

programming, LabVIEW development, and designed custom test hardware/components including CAD and 3D printing fixtures.

• Performing leadership role in actively supporting and tracking LabVIEW, database, and general test equipment communication development by holding mini-scrum meetings, general meetings, maintaining logs of bugs, tasks, and goals managed through JIRA and excel files assigned to either myself or fellow developer.

• Maintaining all lab equipment and computers to date for proper function and to IT specifications.

• Performing data gathering and analysis to maintain and resolve any production or design issues causing defects and from standard operation of VCSEL packages.

• Supporting development of VCSEL design to improve beam profile and better performance, and future products through research and testing.

• Managing and delegating tasks to subgroups of motors/drivetrain Simulink model, torque vectoring/tires model, and hardware in the loop

(HIL) focused on control aspect of controlling individual four in-hub motors

• Providing support in areas of need including starting the development of a CAN Simulink communication model to provide connection

between the VCU to a Simulink simulated vehicle model that incorporates the behavior of vehicle dynamics

• Supporting low voltage/harness integration in AIPEX Pro software user and setup for test bench validation with written user guide and

documentations

• Assembly of robotic systems and front end loaders for wafers and reticles following specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Perform power up, calibration and set up procedures according to SOP and customer's specifications.

• Perform cleaning, packing, and shipping of systems following cleanroom protocols.

• Perform incoming inspection of repair systems.

• Course: ME273 (Graduate Level Finite Element Analysis Engineering Methods) and ME160 (Undergraduate Level Finite Element Analysis Engineering Methods)

• Assist professor in grading student homework and hold TA office hours.

• Provide in-person or remote assistant for students having trouble with ANSYS software.
