• Create, design, debug, implement and support customer facing websites and internal facing back office applications utilizing AJAX, HTML, XML, JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, Java and MYSQL for Sniffer Enterprise Administrator software.

• Designed, created and implemented web components for company website including components such as the shopping cart, search pages, online RMA and products specification and picture editing utilizing JSP, Java, JavaScript in Apache server and MySQL for the online computer store. • Designed and maintained tables in MySQL database with DacEasy and Filemaker database application interface for various tasks including product management, customer information, feeding and entering products on price comparison site and processing of order entries.
• Performed extensive hardware installations, testing and repairs for co-workers and clients.
• Provided excellent technical customer support by handling and addressing a variety of computer product inquiries and concerns.
