• Design and develop an Augmented Reality app to increase patient mobility and improve the hospital experience for children.
• Adapted into a game to keep children active during the Coronavirus Shelter-in-Place order by extending the AR framework and game play mechanics.
• Leading the development team through weekly check-ins, code reviews, and workshops.
• Developing clinical study prototype with RealityKit Spring 2020. Proof of concept developed in Unity Fall 2019.
• Conduct user research to examine the impact of the AR experience upon patients at the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland.
• Engaging visitors of the Lawrence Hall of Science via AR experiences, promoting conversation between children and parents by delivering content in a novel form.
• Designing the application through a user centered, iterative approach.
