Leading the Enterprise Design effort at a FAANG company, comprised of 10 UX designers across 3 mission critical programs. Engaging the team in a cross functional collaborative approach to drive UX project tracking that aligns with Product roadmaps, identifying and improving design ops processes, and supporting and protecting the design team while they deliver their best work.
