Full Stack + Android developer as part of the Reels Direct Monetization Ads team

Developed and maintained multiple ad formats on Facebook Reels such as Banner Ads and Post Loop Ads

Owned and drove multiple features from conception through launch trying to achieve the maximum impact while embracing the “move fast” mentality

Worked closely with PMs and designers to estimate and optimize impact of the feature

Developed APIs and data models to efficiently achieve the goal while preventing possible regressions to key metrics and user experience/sentiment

Ran extensive pre-tests and back-tests to ensure features achieved the desired impact and did not regress any topline metrics such as ads revenue and efficiency.

Monitored the product through periodic data readings and analysis while gaining insights into various ads related metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPM, Bounce Rate, etc. and how they can be leveraged to achieve better ads performance and revenue.

Created and trained a LSTM (Long short term memory) neural network model in Keras and Tensorflow to forecast future trends of telemetry data
