• Spearheaded several mission-critical projects for electric vehicles in the areas of signal processing, vehicle commands, customer push notifications, and fleet management, leveraging Golang and MongoDB within an AWS backend microservices architecture
• Brainstormed and developed cost-saving ideas that included real-time vehicle lifecycle updates to alert technicians about costly permanent battery depletion and deactivating inactive vehicle SIMs, resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars per month in savings
• Maintained ownership of vital vehicle services for scale and reliability such as user document management, voice assistant, and internet connectivity across different continents and regulations, collaborating with key partners in AT&T, Orange, STC, and more
• Designed and implemented event-driven services to optimize performance, utilizing various protocols and technologies including gRPC, RabbitMQ, and NATS for efficient data communication and scalability
