Played multiple roles that included creating a variety of visuals, from infographics and storyboards that illustrate our mission statement, CX needs and painpoints, to designing mobile and responsive web solutions that were conceived and rolled out within rapid turnaround times. Additionally, created presentations for many UX partners and VP of Small Business Bank.
• Worked often in collaboration with product and dev partners to develop and quickly iterate design solutions for various existing Spark Business mobile and web experiences based on user feedback. Created prototypes to be tested in onsite user research labs. Assisted with QA before feature releases.
• Diligently designed in alignment with brand style guide for a cohesive experience, along with a heightened attention to accessibility best practices.
• Illustrated storyboards that helped POs visualize our customer's journey with our products, set feature milestones throughout the year, and helped open discussions between dev, design and product partners regarding implementation feasibility. Also illustrated collateral for card sorting exercises that helped facilitate user research meet and greets with small business owners, which yielded insightful findings on their financial behaviors.

Worked onsite with high profile clients Eero, Informatica, Sephora, Lean In and Pure Storage to produce consistent quality designs across multiple projects.
• Interfaced with Eero's product and dev team to quickly turn around designs for their responsive website in under 7 days.
• While embedded with Informatica's internal design team in daily design scrums, ensured consistent styling across their site redesign. Art directed the moblle design of their site. Assisted In the QA process to ensure alignment between design & development of the client's product.
• Worked with Sephora product owners to design optimized iPad "Beauty Board" sign-in flow.
Collaborated with Pure Storage creative director to re-design responsive web homepage and product landing page.
• Created informative illustrations and outlier designs for Lean In's member profile pages under direction from the company's president and internal team.

Worked with high profile clients such as Bloomin' Brands, American Express, and Apple. While working as onsite contractor with Apple’s Online Store for over 2 years, I supported their design team throughout many project campaigns from inception to completion, on platforms including web, tablet and mobile. Tasked with the inception of mobile prototype designs, marketing assets and landing pages for various worldwide online branches of the online store, and helped troubleshoot design issues in QA, as well as interfaced with developer teams to ensure products were shipped with highest quality.
• Played a supportive design role in the development and launch of the highly acclaimed Apple Store App for iPad.
• Assisted in designing for the launch of Apple’s Mobile Chat Support feature throughout 17 countries.
• Worked on over 100+ projects, in collaboration with their CD, design managers, designers, business stakeholders, and dev teams, of which many went under review before their CEO and SVP of AOS. Many of those products developed saw successful launches.
