Lead a cross-functional (strategy, product, technology, design) team working directly with clients to redesign and upgrade the Shopify experience for new goodr sunglasses website. Lead a design team of 3 on the implementation of the new Fannie Mae mobile app. Presented product wireframes, interface design, and interactive prototypes directly to clients to drive a shared understanding of the complete user experience. Built design systems for digital products that balanced branding, accessibility, and interaction for both mobile app and web based projects.

Leading the transition of the EPIC React design system from Sketch to Figma, while updating visual design and interaction principles for documentation. Collaborating with product and engineering teams to conduct group white board sessions, build user experience flows and design wireframes for Nike Data Catalog. Art directed, illustrated and animated proof of concept marketing video for EP Console website.
Worked as lead UX designer on the Next Best Actions application for Morgan Stanley through POW Interactive. This entailed being able to handle both strategy and execution of new features and updates to the platform. My time was spent pivoting between user experience and visual design, while working with stakeholders and users to push for better experiences.
I worked on a variety of projects for POW Interactive and our clients, including Morgan Stanley's Next Best Actions application for financial advisors. Presented user stories and visual design to agile team leaders using inVision prototypes for rapid product development. Built data visualizations to convey complex financial information at-a-glance to Financial Advisors. Created and maintained the branding and visual standards for the POW Presentation Deck.
