•Designed the software components of a Linux and Raspberry Pi-based current transformer calibration unit for factory use;
utilized zmq messaging, Linux systemd services, AWS S3, numpy, and Python GPIO interfacing libraries
•Developed a Linux-based driver for an EEPROM device, using C to implement a 1-Wire communications protocol
•Integrated an IoT power strip with the Sense energy monitor by investigating its UDP and TCP/IP communications
•Executed bug fixes and special projects across a variety of Python, Linux, and C-based components of the Sense energy monitor’s embedded software
