I am a design lead for Fidelity’s current Financial Wellness ‘Checkup’ redesign in NetBenefits. I hold weekly cross-functional design sessions, while collaborating with product managers and development to define requirements and present designs to leadership. In addition to helping guide design direction, I am involved in journey mapping, creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, aiding content strategy and UX research. Outside of my immediate role, I am also a founding member of my product area’s Financial Wellness Associate Committee.
