I have led technical strategy and defined architecture across multiple teams and systems. I have driven cross-functional execution, aligned engineering work with business priorities, and guided major technical decisions from design through delivery. I have helped scale engineering organizations, hired and mentored individual contributors, and improved how teams operate to increase quality, speed, and reliability.

I have also partnered closely with product, operations, and executive stakeholders to set direction, manage tradeoffs, and deliver outcomes at company scale. I onboarded non-technical roles ensuring broad understanding of the organization and systems enables them for success. I worked directly with key customers and partners to ensure positive financial outcomes take priority in all engineering decisions.

Launched Fantasy TFT in partnership with Riot Games Teamfight Tactics NA esports — first of its kind esports concurrent viewer engagement tool.

Built user journey analytics suite, launched sponsored markets, and introduced real-time user polling / surveying. Worked on revamping native product delivery pipelines and infrastructure security as well as mentoring new hires.
