Implemented dynamic tip suggestions and redesigned the custom tip page to influence Customers to tip more at checkout, ultimately mitigating the long-term negative impact on brand perception, loyalty, and revenue. I successfully led brainstorms, and stakeholder meetings, and shipped my design solution in 1.5 months.

• In close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, led heuristic evaluations across all Meta enterprise, infrastructure, and employee-facing tools to evaluate a product’s design, uncovering 500+ usability issues from multiple submissions.

• Developed process for determining priorities of the design system backlog by communicating ideas to the Design & Engineering Managers for feedback

• Streamlined the product system sign-up process to help multiple teams establish their own system library

Establish a small business' digital presence to solve both a business problem and a user problem.

As a Program Manager, I designed Riosol Hotel's first comprehensive desktop and mobile site in ~2 months, by conducting competitive research of 3 companies and completing 10 mobile & desktop usability tests on WIX.

Additionally, configured the WIX website to setup of site monitoring to track site visits, bounce rate, and CR to help the company meet business objectives.
