Applied SQL Server optimization techniques to resolve query timeouts for resource-intensive customer queries.

Expanded a dynamic query builder to support multiple conditionals, adding new UI elements in React and server logic in .NET.
Provided homework assistance for students involved in the Level the Playing Field nonprofit organization, whose mission is to provide role models and guidance to families led by single mothers.
Students ranged in age from 5th to 10th grade and were mostly enrolled in Duval County public schools.
I hosted group tutoring sessions for 2hours twice a week, ensuring each student had the opportunity to ask questions and clearly understand their assignments. We did homework problems and reviewed returned tests to improve their comprehension of the important concepts.
● Utilized Vue.js to develop features for a POS application, deployed on mobile devices and Pax Android-based terminals
● Utilized Flutter and Dart to contribute to another version of the same mobile POS application. Feature contributions include integration with REST API endpoints to process transactions and with Flutter libraries to access local device-specific identifiers.
● Utilize Java with Android Studio to develop demo Survey application for use on Pax POS Terminals. Survey includes integration with multiple Pax services to register devices, access survey questions, and upload responses. Versions built as Android Library and as separate application utilizing AIDL for inter-process communication.
● Utilize Java to develop an internal tool for “pressure testing” to send high volumes of transaction requests to a server and log the responses. Includes Python module to generate a report and organize the log files.
● Processed customer concerns and complaints through live chat/email by creating service tickets or directly addressing the issue.
● Communicated bugs and client feedback to the development team in a clear and concise manner.
● Managed customer information in a relational database (MySQL) through direct edits and execution of Python scripts
● Designed and implemented Python scripts to automate customer onboarding, collect and clean data for sales leads, and packages to manage REST API interactions with HubSpot and Clover.
