Got my first programming book when I was 15 years old, which ignited a passion for computer science and software engineering. Over the years, I have accumulated experience building and managing web applications. I have always enjoyed learning new things and have done very well self-educating about the industry standards and practices for professional quality software.

I have years of experience with HTML, CSS(LESS & SASS too), Javascript and PHP. I intimately understand Javascript, and I use it every day(in browser & NodeJS). I have taken a big liking to AngularJS for frontend web-app development.

To varying degrees I know Bash, C, C++, Scala, Haskell, Rust, Java, TCL, Python, Ruby, SQL, R and Lisp. I use Bash pretty regularly and I have been trying to get back into C/C++. For the rest I know the syntax and I can explain pretty well what the code is doing but I have no intimate knowledge of them from daily use. I'm a big fan of functional programming and most of the JS I write is in this mindset.
