• Ensured that all hardware and software features of ScaleFlux computational storage solid-state drives (SSD) run at their expected speed/performance through careful planning of feature test cases and rigorous testing of those features
• Designed and maintained the code for testing several such SSD features including:
- Reading and writing data of various size to and from the SSD 
- SSD garbage collection (process of optimizing SSD program/erase cycles in which used/stale pages of data are moved to a new block to avoid costly erase operations)
- SSD power-failure (procedure taken in the event of a sudden power loss while data is being written to the SSD)
• Additionally, developed and applied Python and Shell scripts to automate feature testing process that were deployed on a Jenkins automation server to increase the speed we can test our changes
