As the Chief Hardware and Manufacturing Officer at Serve Robotics, I lead the charge in steering the development and execution of an array of robotic innovations. I oversee the full spectrum of the product lifecycle, from R&D, Product Definition, System Design, and Program Management, to Hardware Development & Validation, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Execution, Hardware Operations, and Continuation Engineering.

Driving Latch’s engineering and design expansion by leading engineering and development teams across New York, San Francisco, China, Hong Kong and Taipei. Creating new product verticals to increase Latch’s product and revenue footprint. Overseeing Latch’s research and development roadmap, and building on the company’s rapidly growing reputation for world-class products and experiences at the intersection of design, technology, and physical space.

Responsible for all Hardware development of GoPro's Camera and Accessory product lines. Directly reporting to CTO and managing development teams in US and China consisting of all ME, EE, QA, Compliance & Certification and Manufacturing FW functions within GoPro.
