• Strategize and Lead Athleta fit block development. Establish framework for fit hierarchy / fit guardrail foundation for the brand fit consistency, collaborate with DPC team to set up 3D blocks and proto process.

• Spearhead the creation of brand wise blocks optimally balanced between the comfort / functionality as a performance brand and the integrity of the design intent.

• Own and build fit standards, construction manuals and block visual library.

• Lead the block team creating blocks for size small/6 and extensive size 1X / 18X per different body shapes, while keeping the consistency of the silhouette and fit.

• Delivering presentations and pattern workshops training on newly established Athleta blocks.
