-Lead fittings and modifying / correct patterns, communicate any fit/potential production issues to cross-functional team members. 
-Establish blocks and spec standards for the brands to maintain consistency, work with technical design team to identify new block developments by leveraging existing blocks and the production styles.
-Grade patterns, experienced in working with shrinkage patterns, different stretch ability fabrics.
-Capable of working with sample makers in the sample room, collaborate to correct any construction issues, cutting as well as any fabric / shrinkage issues.

-Develop product specification packages from designer’s initial flat sketch & trim information using web PDM, PLM, Micrographx designer, illustrator, Gallery and Kaledo applications. 
-Monitor and manage production process per the time and action calendar.
