• Led end-to-end design of Executive Search Platform from co-innovation to global launch across 7 countries, driving significant expansion and reducing time to source executive roles by 59%
• Built AI agent experiences that compress months of manual research into client-ready outputs in hours
• Launched Auto-Personalization, an AI-powered outreach system that balances automation with human control, achieving 66% reduction in recruiter effort and 2-8x more interested responses
• Redesigned Talent CRM from 0 to 1 through 2.0, rethinking how teams organize and engage candidates at scale, delivering 80% higher reply rates and 41% more first interested responses
• Shipped a cross-platform browser extension letting recruiters act on candidate profiles from LinkedIn, GitHub, and Behance without leaving their workflow
• Co-built Findem's design system from scratch, defining color, typography, iconography, motion, and visual QA standards
